Preparing a Lease Agreement for a Commercial Space
If you have a commercial property to let it is important that you prepare an adequate lease agreement. This contract should protect both your interests as the landlord or lady, and the interests of the person to whom the space is being rented.

It is important that your lease agreement mentions both leaser and the leasee by using their full legal names. You should also cite their address and contact numbers.
Next you will need to include the address and name of the property in question. Cite its exact dimensions if possible, and if the space in question is part of another, larger building – a suite perhaps, or a show room in a mall – state this as well. You might also want to mention what alterations, if any, the leasee is allowed to make to the space, and, in addition, state any restrictions on its use.
A good, comprehensive lease agreement will ultimately serve you well in matters of insurance. Discuss the ramifications of any violations to the lease agreement with your brokers and lawyers in order to work out a fail-safe policy to protect your interests.

Using Boric Acid to Treat a Termite Problem
Termites are a problem in many homes across the world. It is important, if you have a termite problem, that you deal with it as quickly as you can, since in the long term, these insects can interfere with the structural integrity of your home and cause serious, not to mention expensive, damage to your property.
Perhaps the most popular and environmentally friendly method of Traitement Termites is boric acid, and using it is relatively simple. You will need, first of all, to walk the perimeter of your property and stake out the areas that have been most damaged by termites.
Having done this, you will need to buy or find several pieces of wood – as many as the number of affected areas in home – and some boric acid. Simply sprinkle the boric acid onto the piece of wood and bury it in the vicinity of the damage.
Repeat this process for every damaged place. Remember to mark where the wood has been buried, and after a few days, dig it up and add more boric acid. Eventually, the termites will take the acid back to their colonies, where it will kill many of them and rid you of your termite problem.
This is a simple, environmentally sound method of dealing with a termite problem. However, if after having taken these measures, the infestation persists, it will be necessary for you to call an exterminator.

Serious fire at tissue paper factory
An American tissue paper factory has been hit by a serious fire. The plant, which is owned by Clearwater Paper Corporation, is located in Stone County, Mississippi.
Jody Hatten, the fire chief for Wiggins, Stone County, stated that there was a great deal of product stacked in the 25,000 square foot, open-air warehouse, which contributed to the ferocity of the blaze.
Clearwater is the sixth-largest employer in the Stone County area. Formerly owned by Cellitissue, the plant was purchased by the new company in December.
The plant employs 91 workers on a full-time basis, 19 of which were working the night shift when the blaze began. No employees were injured in the course of the fire.
The warehouse that was the epicentre of the fire had no solid walls, which may have enabled the blaze to spread more quickly. However, it also gave fire fighters easier access to the flames, which helped them to bring the blaze under control with relative ease.
Matt Van Vleet, a spokesman for the company, said that no hazardous paper-making chemicals had been involved in the fire, the night shift workers were all evacuated safely, and that the plant should be up and running again in just a few days.
