Average house prices are about to change
The pace of change in average house prices is a good indicator of general economic growth. In the last couple of years, the worldwide recession has had a dramatic effect on prices in the UK, but that looks set to change as the recovery begins to take effect.
A quick scan of property websites reveals an increase in the amount of available flats and houses. In every region of the UK, there is a wider choice of new homes than there has been in many months, so perhaps now is the time to get back into the market.
