We should all learn to keep our own Plastic bags
Over the last couple of years there has been a real increase in the number of people who are becoming more aware of what it takes to be more environmentally friendly.
One thing that has been on the top of the list is keeping hold of your Plastic bags after going to the supermarket and re-using them on your next shop, so as to avoid throwing them away.
Plastic bags can take a number of years to decompose and therefore it has been suggested that rather than throwing them away we try to keep hold of them and re-use them as many times as possible – or even better buy an environmentally friendly bag to replace PLastic bags all together.

Premium flats to rent bangor
We are thinking of moving to Wales next summer, and we have been looking at some great flats to rent bangor way.
There are plenty to choose from, but some of our favourites were the premium ones that were classed as the penthouses of the appartment block.
Most of them come with fully fitted appliances and either furnished or unfurnished depending on your situation.
We also found that the amount you could get for your money was excellent, and we have already decided to sign the rent on one of them, and we are moving in in a couple of months.

The most flattering light for photos is medium light
There are always the photos that you wish you had never had taken, and they are usually the ones taken under bright light when you are least expecting it!
There are few people that look good under bright light, so if you can help it try and get a softer medium light around you when you are having your photo taken – this is not always the easiest of things in the world!
Obvisouly you can’t always plan these things, but when you can it is alway best to be aware, so as you can make sure only the very best photos appear of you.

Trouble with damp problems in the cellar
Since moving into our rented house we have discovered damp problems in our cellar, and don’t seem to be able to fix it.
We have had a couple of builders in who have suggested that we get the front of the house damp-proofed to see if this will ease the problems.
Also it has been suggested that the landlord should place a layer of concrete down in the cellar so as to stop water leaking in from the other terrace houses in the street, as we are situated on a hill.
I think we will need to get the situation sorted soon- hopefully it shouldn’t be too diffuclt to fix.

The best student accomodation aberdeen way
Recently we went to visit out friend in aberdeen who is at university.
The student accomodation aberdeen way is absolutely fantastic, and far better than ours when we were at uni four years ago.
The room we stayed in had an ensuite with a shower cubicle and built in desk unit and double bed, with neutral decor, that the students are allowed to cover with posters.
The halls of residence were located nice and close to the town centre, so going out at night was easy – and a cheap night as the students clubs outweighed the number of local pubs.

door drop leafleting is a tough job
Moving to a new city we needed to earn a bit of cash, so registered to do a bit of door drop leafleting.
We were offered a good salary per leaflet we dropped off, and were also offered commission for any sales they received as a result of someone calling from the leaflet.
We did earn some good money – but it was tough working through the rain, and walking some really long distances to deliver all the leaflets – we had about 2000 between the two of us!
We would defintely do it again – but maybe in the summer months, when we might catch a tan doing it as well!

cheap shoes are not always the best option
Buying the right type of shoes, and spending a bit more money can save you money in the long run.
cheap shoes can wear out very quickly, especially heels, which on cheap shoes can wear out very quickly if he heel covering is made of a cheaper plastic. Also cheaper shoes are usually not made out of leather, and therefore may rub feet, and also fall out of shape more quickly.
A good idea is to go shopping in the sales and pick up a pair of normally expensive shoes for cheaper, and that way you know you will have a better pair of shoes.

Plenty of options for boys clothing
There are so many more options when it comes to buying boys clothing now.
Once there was a time where there were just simple trousers and tops for boys to wear, but now they are amongst some of the more fashion savvy of us all.
Boys are taking fashion to the next level as well, and tend to want to start dressing well from a young age.
Designer labels and trainers are very popular, with highstreet shops catering more and more for boys as well as girls.
It is great that boys are more intersted in the fashion scene, and good that local highstreets have been able to answer this demand.

white cotton gloves or rubber gloves?
When visiting a beauty saloon or a spa, it seems that is really varies as to what the beauticians choose to wear on their hands.
On theone hand there is the option of the soft cotton glove, which although not if they are using moisturisers etc it is a lot softer than the rubber gloves that some use.
When getting a manicure it is great to see someone wearing white cotton gloves, as there is a real sense of luxury to it.
It surely must be far more comfortable for the beautician as well to wear cotton gloves, as they are far softer, and possibly easier to take on and off!
